Macy is an emerging actress and writer who recently obtained a Bachelor of Theatre Arts at Curtin University. Her play 1:45, NEW YEAR’S EVE was both her writing and directing debut (Hayman Theatre, 2023). She has performed in a variety of shows, most recently in Potluck for Penance (2024) at the Blue Room Theatre and The Joss Adams Show (2023) at the Hayman Theatre. A cofounder of girlcatboycat productions, she wrote, produced and marketed the sold-out House Party for the Apocalypse as part of FRINGEWORLD 2025. She hopes to work as both a performer and writer in the future.
Her works tend to be dark comedy or drama, often with a focus on mental health issues, a subject she is deeply passionate about. Never afraid to delve into the dysfunctional, Macy enjoys both writing and performing deeply flawed characters.
